This solution simplifies both the procedures for merchants and the logistical organization of the Braderie.
During the event, access to the downtown area is restricted.
Certain streets are closed to traffic and reserved for vendors and pedestrians to ensure everyone’s safety.
Access on foot remains possible. However, vehicle traffic and parking are severely restricted within the event perimeter, in accordance with a specific traffic plan implemented for the occasion.
We recommend that visitors use off-site parking lots and public transportation.

The Biarritz Braderie is open to all merchants, including those not based in Biarritz.
If you are not a permanent merchant in Biarritz, you must register in the “non-permanent merchant” category when submitting your application to participate.
Participation is, however, limited to professionals who have:
- a valid Kbis extract or equivalent document,
- professional liability insurance,
- and all required administrative documents up to date.
All applications are subject to approval by the organizer.

The Braderie is reserved for duly authorized merchants and exhibitors, and the products offered for sale must comply with applicable regulations.
The following are specifically prohibited:
- Illegal or counterfeit goods
- Hazardous items
- Unauthorized food products
- Any goods that do not comply with health or safety standards
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or remove any product that does not fit the spirit of the Braderie or does not comply with the regulations.
For any specific questions regarding the types of products permitted, we recommend contacting the organizers prior to the event.
The street market will go on as scheduled in case of rain.
It will only be canceled in the event of an orange alert (or higher) and if weather conditions make it impossible to ensure the safety of merchants, exhibitors, and visitors.
Since safety and organizational arrangements are planned and committed to several weeks in advance, the associated fees constitute fixed costs.
In the event of an exceptional cancellation for safety reasons, registration fees cannot be refunded, as they cover the expenses incurred for organizing the event.
